The Government Battle Bus. It does kinda make sense why it has such an insane org stat though. That unit is effectively a field marshal micromanaging a single battle. The HP is stupid though. It shouldn’t be able to actually fight in a battle, it would be destroyed instantly. Should be more like a support company, providing substantially more org to divisions on the same tile as it.

Hoi4 is like turning on “Full IC(insustrial capacity) takeover” In Hoi2-Darkest Hour, which is basically a cheat that makes the game much much easier by giving you access to all factories of countries you annex. Hoi4 should have an option to make it much more difficult to use factories in non-ethnic annexed provinces with lower stability.
